I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a strong foundation in psychology and health and social care.
My clinical work is rooted in evidence-based practice, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through emotional and psychological challenges.
I bring a person-centred, recovery-oriented ethos to all aspects of my work.
This longer first session allows us to explore your current difficulties in depth and begin to build a shared understanding of your needs. It includes a discussion of your goals for therapy and an outline of how treatment may progress.
Regular sessions provide a structured space to work collaboratively using evidence-based CBT techniques tailored to your needs. Sessions typically take place weekly, but this may be adjusted to suit your circumstances.
Each session begins with a brief check-in and review of previous work. We agree an agenda for the session and focus on the most important issues. Where helpful, I may offer tools or exercises for use between sessions to support your goals.
Sessions are confidential and held in a safe, respectful space. Arriving on time and being open to the process helps us get the best from the work together. All work is aligned with professional standards set out by BABCP.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a fee or loss of deposit. I understand that life happens — just let me know as soon as possible.

I offer structured CBT interventions for a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including:
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Social anxiety
Panic disorder and phobias
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Low mood and depression
Low self-esteem and confidence
Trauma and PTSD
Grief and loss
Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
I also work with individuals navigating everyday life challenges that may not meet diagnostic criteria but still impact their wellbeing. My approach is collaborative and goal-focused, grounded in evidence-based practice and regular clinical supervision.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (Conversion) and am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I also hold a COSCA-accredited Certificate in Counselling Skills, grounded in the person-centred approach.
My CBT training has been supported by hands-on experience in support roles across community mental health settings and NHS prison healthcare environments, where I have provided structured and evidence-based clinical and emotional support to clients.
I continue to develop professionally through regular clinical supervision and CPD activities.
I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with emphasis on normalising, empathy, and collaboration.
My approach is person-centred and empirically informed, with a trauma-informed lens. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen and heard — a space that belongs to them.
Therapy with me is a stage where clients can show up fully, without guilt or shame. Whether reflecting quietly or boldly expressing themselves, this space is theirs to use meaningfully.
Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and develop resilience — moving at a pace that honours each client’s story and strengths.
